How to Start

Visit our setup page and create your account by signing in with Google. This will allow us to access your Google Analytics data.

Click "Sign Up" and authorize access to your Google Analytics data

Select your Google Analytics property and configure which metrics you want to receive in your daily reports.

After logging in, click on "GA4 Settings" to configure your Google Analytics property

Select your Google Analytics property, configure the reporting period, dimensions, and metrics, then click "Save Settings"

Configure the time when you want to receive your daily reports. You can set both the hour and minute with 15-minute intervals.

After completing GA4 Settings, click on "Schedule Settings" to configure when reports should be sent

Set the hour (0-23 format) and minute (15-minute intervals) for when you want to receive daily reports, then click "Save Schedule"

Link your Discord account and authorize our bot to send reports to your Discord server. Make sure you have "Manage Server" permissions on the server you want to add the bot to.

After completing GA4 and Schedule Settings, click on "Link Discord Account" to connect your Discord

Review the permissions, select your Discord server from the dropdown, and click "Continue" to authorize the bot

Configure which Discord server and channel will receive your daily reports. You can select any channel in servers where the GA4 Report Stream bot has been added.

After linking your Discord account, click on "Discord Settings" to configure your server and channel

Select your Discord server from the "Server (Guild)" dropdown and choose the channel where you want to receive reports, then click "Save Settings"

Connect your Google Search Console account to enable advanced reporting features and recommendations. This step is required for Professional and Enterprise plans.

After completing Discord Settings, click on "Link Google Search Console" to connect your Google Search Console account

Select your Google Search Console property to analyze its metrics and receive tailored recommendations.

After linking your Google Search Console account, click on "Google Search Console Settings" to configure your site

Select your desired Search Console site from the dropdown and click "Save Settings"

Click "Dry Run" to send a test report to your configured Discord channel. This allows you to verify that all settings are correct before daily reports begin.

Once all settings are complete, click "Dry Run (Send Test Report)" to send an immediate test report to your Discord channel.
